Ordering & delivery
Orders will be posted within 7 working days of your order being placed. Bespoke/ personalised orders may take 7-14 days to be posted if they are being handmade to order. For very large handmade orders this may take longer and we will contact you when your order is placed to let you know an estimated time scale.
Christmas ordering information 2017
LAST DAY FOR CHRISTMAS ORDERS - WEDNESDAY 13th DECEMBER
Orders placed after this date can't be guarenteed to arrive before Christmas. We will stop posting orders altogether from the 19th December when we will be closing until the New Year. Any orders placed during this time will not be processed and dispatched until the beginning of January 2018.
Postage costs UK
UK mainland postage & packaging - £3.95
Uk non mainland postage & packaging - £5.95 (this includes but is not exclusive to, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Outer Hebrides, Isles of Scilly).
PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to select the correct postage option for your UK location, this is done at checkout in the Delivery Options section. If you are unsure which option to pick (Mainland or Non mainland), please contact me and I'll be happy to help you.
Orders are sent via a courier service or Royal Mail, depending on the size of the parcel.
International postage costs
If you live outside the UK and wish to place an order, please send me an email or contact me via the contact page and I will be happy to sort out postage costs for you.
Your ordered products will arrive carefully wrapped in white tissue. However, this is sometimes not possible with some of our larger products, for example our sets of heart tables. They will still come safely packaged though. Your items will be carefully packed to ensure they are as safe as possible during their journey to you. In an effort to be kinder to the environment we do our best to recycle old boxes for posting as well as using some new ones, so the outer packaging may not look as pretty as what's inside. We think mother nature deserves that though.
Returns & refunds
We hope that you will be very happy with the products you buy from The Cosy Corner House, however, if you are not happy with your order you have 14 days to return the product and receive a refund (this does not include return postage costs). In this event, please contact us for help.
PLEASE NOTE: we are unable to accept returns or refund items which have been personalised unless they arrive damaged or an error has been made on our part when making the item, in which case you will receive a full refund or replacement. Please check all names, dates and spellings when ordering a personalised product. We can not take responsibility if the spelling error is made by the customer.
All of our products are packaged with care before posting, however in the event that your order is damaged or faulty on arrival, please get in contact and we will be glad to help.
Terms & conditions
Our Woof & Wilson Designs range have all been designed and created with care and attention in our studio. As many of these products are handmade there may be slight differences in design, and embellishments used (such as buttons) may differ slightly on each product. This makes each handmade product unique!
We reserve the right to change designs and prices at any time. These changes would not apply to customers who have already placed an order and are awaiting delivery.
Both The Cosy Corner House and Woof & Wilson Designs logos must not be used without permission. All photographs of our handmade products have be taken by and belong to The Cosy Corner House.
We take our customers privacy very seriously. We use PayPal for all our transactions and therefore do not see any of our customers financial details. We will never disclose any customer contact details we have to any third parties.
